Need an adapter?

On many cars the halogen bulb is held in place by its own holder. An LED bulb doesn't fit there without an adapter. Take off the headlight's dust cover and check whether there's a holder around the bulb; if your car isn't on the list, you usually don't need an adapter.

Does the original dust cover no longer fit over the LED? Then choose a rubber cap of the same diameter.
