Upgrading your HIR2/9012 halogen bulb to an HIR2/9012 LED headlight bulb has never been this easy as with this 4th-generation Hilox XTR LED kit. We found the perfect balance between an ultra-compact size and an extremely high light output. That means this LED fits in just about any headlight, and with 3,600 genuine lumens per bulb you are holding the most powerful HIR2/9012 LED kit on the market. Durable Luxeon Z ES LED chips
The HIR2/9012 XTR Black LEDs use Luxeon Z ES LED chips from Lumileds (Philips). These are the only LED chips on the market developed specifically for the automotive market, which makes them extremely well suited to both reflector and projector headlights. They last up to 30,000 hours: 30 times longer than halogen and 7 times longer than xenon. Lifespan also depends on how often you switch the bulbs on and off. If the LEDs are fitted incorrectly or get dirty, they will not last as long.
Performance: without CAN-bus module
The Performance set comes without a CAN-bus module. If your car reports a bulb failure with LED or the LED starts to flicker, choose the Evolution set: it includes the CAN-bus II module.

Will it fit your car?
Before you order, measure the free space behind the headlight with the dust cover on. The driver hangs loose on the cable and tucks away next to the headlight. If the dust cover no longer closes, choose a deeper housing cap.
